RentFlex is our rent assistance service that covers your upfront rent payment to your landlord. You then repay us in flexible monthly installments over 12 months at 28% annual interest.
Your eligible rent financing limit is determined by your monthly income. To qualify, your total monthly rent payment—including our service charges—must not exceed 45% of your net monthly income.
After your application is approved, you first pay the verification fee of GHS 190 (covers document upload and property inspection). Then, before we pay your landlord, you pay the initial deposit which includes the service fee (GHS 1,000) and refundable security deposit (2× monthly payment).
Once you submit your complete application with all required documents, our team reviews it within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email and SMS notification of your approval status.
After approval, you pay the verification fee (GHS 190) first. Once verified, you pay the initial deposit (service fee + security deposit). After both payments are confirmed, we pay your landlord directly and you begin monthly repayments.
